Level 28 is a 8×8 board, so I expected 8 cats. I paused the 0:51 walkthrough from Beyond Gamer (uploaded 2026-05-14) and copied the final cells into the table. I then checked that every row and column holds one cat and that no two cats touch, even on a corner. I cannot see the colored regions clearly enough in the thumbnail to redraw them, so I am not inventing region shapes. Coordinates checked 2026-09-30.
